These Terms govern your use of Last Statement, operated by Ardenholt LLC ("we", "us"). By using Last Statement, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Last Statement is software we provide as-is. We will work hard to keep it running and useful, but we offer no uptime guarantee or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, except where required by law.
Not financial advice
Last Statement provides calculators, education, and organization — not financial, investment, tax, or credit advice. Its projections are estimates based on the numbers you enter and simplified assumptions; your lender's actual terms control. For decisions with real consequences, consider a licensed financial advisor or a nonprofit credit counselor.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe your account is compromised.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Last Statement to harm others.
- Don't attempt to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law.
- Don't use it to send spam, harassment, or anything illegal.
Payments & refunds
Last Statement is a one-time purchase of $39 for lifetime access, charged via Stripe; the price is shown before checkout. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal — we never bill you again. One-time purchases are non-refundable after 14 days, except where required by law.
Termination
You can stop using Last Statement and request deletion at any time (see Privacy). We may suspend access if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms, with notice where feasible.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of Last Statement is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in that state.
Changes
If we make material changes, we will email registered users and update this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
